Because our creativity and ideas have no boundairies, we set up some checklist with steps to take so it's clear in which stage the project is. This checklist can be applied on all the projects we do; from a single flyer to a website but the time between the steps can differ because the duration of the projects are not the same. (01) ContactFirst... there need to be contact to do some business together! (02) BriefingThe briefing is to inform us what needs to be created and in what period of time. With this information we will make a first proposal about what we can offer the client. (03) AgreementWhen both parties agree the proposal will be signed so it's clear what has to be created. (04) 50% Payment of projectAfter paying the first 50% (incl. V.A.T.) of the total order, the project will be planned in and started. (05) FootageThe first step is to send us the files needed for the production like texts, images, movies, etc. (06) Design conceptAfter receiving the files we will make a first concept to determinate the Look & Feel of the product. (07) Comment on first conceptAfter finishing the concept (design) a meeting will be planned to discuss the made work. (08) CorrectionsThe comments on the design-concept will be applied. (09) Communicating corrected workThe corrections will be applied to the first concept. (10) Final commentsThe client can give a final reaction on the made work. (11) Final version of productThe work will get its finishing touch with the last comments included and is (depending on its purpose) ready for (re)production. (12) Project evaluationWhen the project is finished there will be a last meeting to evaluate the project. (13) Remaining 50% paymentPayment of the remaining 50% (incl. V.A.T.) of the total order.
